“Pros: it is an elevator building Cons: no peep hole on the door, laundry room is not nice and there are only a few machines for the whole building (building is about 20 floors). they used very cheap paint on the apartment walls that chip and get marked up extremely easily, limited control over the heat- it is either very cold or very hot. I have not seen the windows being cleaned once in about the 2 years that I have been there. you can hear everything that is going on in the hallways, front doors slam extremely loudly. Advice to landlord: improve the laundry room, clean the windows, fix the peep holes, use better paint”
