“Unit B6 Pros: They have been very prompt in responding to maintenance requests. Cons: No laundry in the building, and far from the train Advice to landlord: Give us laundry in the basement!”

“Pros: The building is very clean and there is a Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts walking distance from the building. Cons: The neighbors are inconsiderate and the apartments are extremely old, with very thin walls. Advice to landlord: Invest more in this property.”

“Pros: The building is essentially perfect, which decent management, and a great and friendly landlord. Cons: Some of the tenants that are on the same floor are a little noisy, but what can you expect from a family with seven kids. There is no laundry room. Advice to landlord: No notes really.”
