“Pros: My neighbors are quiet. The apartment is nice. Gets a great amount of light. There’s a courtyard of the neighbors want to use it. Cons: The appliances could use an update. No washer or dryer hookups or available in any of the basements. Advice to landlord: If possible, look into making at least one of the basements a washer and dryer zone.”
