“Pros: No pros at all Cons: Bad neighborhood, noisy neighbors, a lot of mice and roaches , they never do the repair correctly Advice to landlord: Hire a Super who like to be a Super and can do the job and not complain you don’t pay him enough, that’s very unprofessional to tell the tenants instead of speaking with management”

A lot of mice and roaches Advice to landlord: Monthly Exterminator for all apartments and Fixing apartments in timely matter and right not just covering it up so it looks nice and the following month it’s a issue again”
