“Pros: good location, generally quiet building Cons: trash could overflow at times”

“Unit 4FS Pros: The super is very responsive and kind. Cons: Management sucks- multiple packages stolen, cameras don't work in the lobby, dirty and broken and unfinished stairwell, a lot of construction. Blown out fuse boxes, multiple power and wifi outages, smoke detectors hanging off the wall, etc. Advice to landlord: Get working cameras.”
