“Pros: Facing South gets the most sun out if the day, enormous 2 beds, newly renovated, 1 min to Dekalb L Train, 9 min to Knickerbocker M Train. Lot’s of restaurants and bars up for choose. Cons: Heat could sometimes start a little late. but manageable.”
