“Pros: lovely spacious units, never saw any pests whatsoever. loft is great. never had a package stolen. Cons: a drug dealer (not weed if you catch my drift) lived in the building when we were there, lots of police activity. invasive and noisy building environment generally. many airbnb units. people coming and going constantly for a relatively small building. VERY large building under very noisy construction across the street as of 2020-2021. a back unit is better for this reason! Advice to landlord: ask tenants to abide by quiet hours after 10pm. limit airbnb’s.”
