“Unit #5 Pros: We have stayed here for years because the rent has been very cheap. Cons: Beyond the cosmetic issues the overall management of the building has gotten worse over the years. It was pretty bad initially, ownership was difficult to contact and we kept having leaks and issues with extreme pest control. The heat has gotten much worse, this had been the only plus but now this is no longer a factor and there are still major leaks and pest issues. Management just does not care, they know its cheap and will only improve the bare minimum. Advice to landlord: Your decision to stop appropriately heating the unit is negatively affecting tenants”
