“Unit 00 Pros: It’s very nice winter time. Cons: People very crazy and plus lot drug addicted. Advice to landlord: You need to clean your build.”

“Pros: -Affordable housing; Mixed Income Building! -Adequate Heating and Cooling. -Spacious rooms ! -Building interior is kept clean. -Hand Sanitizer Dispensers every floor. -24 hour Doorman/Security -Winter Snow Removal done quickly and efficiently. -Trash Chutes each floor and Recycling regulations. -Elevators work 98% of the time. -Brightly Lit Hallways. -Great Food/Beverage options for Delivery. -Close to 4/5/6 trains, M98, M101/102/103 MTA transportation. Cons: -Neighbors are ridiculously noisy; Management does not exact regulations for noise levels at night. -Trash in Sidewalks; often isn't cleaned up properly. -Marijuana Smoking from most 1st floor apartments; Smells up the lobby. -Children - there are lots... Advice to landlord: Provide a stricter Noise Regulation for outside of the building. - limit number of people hanging outside the front of the building Clean Up the Trash”
