“Pros: Spacious unit. Most neighbors are good people. Only loud noise seems to come from outside with the occasional kids screaming. Cons: Laundry is pretty far away and there is no elevator. Super seems to clean but the hallways never seem clean. The neighborhood is not the safest or cleanest: lots of loitering and addiction. Sick of the mice! Advice to landlord: Do a deep clean and put some laundry in the building.”
