“Pros: good heat, always hot water, utilities included, property owners respond to any issue immediately and are always taking care of the building. The apartment is big, remodeled. Cons: The L train is being worked on so sometimes delayed Advice to landlord: Don't become commercialized, the mom and pop management works very well for this building, I liked the one on one connection with Phil & Janet.”
