“Pros: The heat is really great. There is laundry service available and also elevator. They try to maintain things. Cons: THERE ARE RATS. Rats are a problem for entire year. The cockroaches comes during summer. Advice to landlord: Please keep it clean and provide occasional pest controls for all the apartments.”
