“Pros: - Understanding during hard times when rent could not be given for the month and given the next Cons: - Were only quick to come upstairs when rent was due. - Lots of building violations but were fixed upon construction when everyone was kicked out. - Lots of pest problems lots of cockroaches Advice to landlord: Don’t be cheap it’s better to get the Job done once with one expense then to constantly pay for the same problem with cheap materials again and again.”
