“Unit 6A Pros: WONDERFUL super named Emin. Kind neighbors. Quiet street. Great location on the UWS. Cons: Very shady management, complete lack of decorum and tact from management and leasing agents. Borderline scam artists. Advice to landlord: Please train your management and leasing agents on decorum and tact when dealing with tenants.”

“Pros: Neighborhood are friendly Cons: Board is unfriendly to renters. A lot of rats on the street at night”
