There is a family that takes care of garbage and cleaning and does some handywork maintenance but is not extraordinarily reliable. Cons: Landlord is not responsive to tenant requests. The building definitely has illegally destabilized units. A lot of patch jobs on large issues (leaky roof and radiators) that should be maintained better. Advice to landlord: Your residents care about your property more than you do.”

Advice to landlord: building bricks could be painted to make it more appealing; too many miscolored/mismatching bricks. How about REPLACING WASHING MACHINES AND DRYERS WITH NEW ONES.”
