“Unit 8 Pros: Barry is a great landlord. Quick to respond, and a very understanding guy. He is very involved with anything you go to him about as well, always follows up. We have never had an issue with him in the many years we kept our lease. It’s no wonder most of the building has lived here for years. Cons: No laundry in building, and the stairs are steep and narrow, can be a deadly combo depending on which floor you live on.”
