SAMAS 134 17 HOLDINGS LLC · avg 2.8 ★★★★★ · New York City
“Pros: Convenient location, close to trains Cons: Noisy, badly maintained.”
— 134 17 STREET · Brooklyn“Unit 3r Pros: Mostly well run and issues are fixed eventually Cons: It usually takes multiple calls to management to get anything fixed, on average 3 or 4 over several weeks. The super is extremely hard to reach and we had to hire a professional to redo 'repairs' he attempted on more than one occasion. The appliance repair company that management contracts with were a nightmare to deal with (60+ 1 star reviews on Yelp, but I guess they're cheap...)”
— 134 17 STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Good for a low budget Reasonable management Cons: Occasional roaches, flies, slanted floors”
— 134 17 STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Despite being close to the BQE, this building is very quiet! The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is renovated. Cons: Management does not keep the property clean. The hallways are often dirty. The garbage sometimes overflows, and the entrance hall usually fills with former tenants’ mail. Advice to landlord: More responsiveness and regular maintenance of the property would be tremendously helpful and make the experience of living here much better!”
