— 133A QUINCY STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: Decent access to subway lines (A/C/S/G) Cons: Washer/dryer pump frequently breaks down. Management/super are unresponsive. Super only begrudgingly fixes issues after repeated contact.”
— 133A QUINCY STREET · Brooklyn“Pros: The water pressure was decent Cons: There's a man subletting unilts on teh top floor, hiding the fact that he's living there too. It's essentially a 4 bed one bath. I dealt with roaches daily, and a mouse. The rooms are tiny and unbearably hot in the summer and there's no way to adjust the heat in the winter. Advice to landlord: Stop”

Said we didn't pay for our heat when we did and threatened to sue. Apartment was freezing, hallways messy and tons of issues getting the internet set up. Advice to landlord: Don't be so rude”
