“Pros: It was a convenient location, lots of stores nearby and shopping centers. The superintendent would fix any issues in a timely manner. Cons: Sometimes the lobby was not clean and it would smell pretty bad. Advice to landlord: Ensuring your property is clean and you update appliances, flooring, etc will make tenants happier.”
