“Unit 2R Pros: Building is small multi-family. The owner lives on the first floor and 2 apartments on the second floor. Great location and great building. Well maintained and no problems. Cons: Thin wall between the two apartments, could sometimes hear the other resident through the wall. Otherwise great!”
