“Pros: Rooftop was nice Cons: Neighbor repeatedly stole packages from package room, assaulted delivery drivers, and threatened to attack other tenants. Unsuccessful eviction attempts by management. New building but built cheaply, problems with water heater, split ACs didn’t work right, building air circulation was all messed up so all the burnt food smells went straight into you apartment. Multiple neighbors smoking indoors. Advice to landlord: Better tenant screening, fix the ventilation issue”
