“Pros: The super is nice and the building is kept generally clean despite being old Cons: The front door to this building was broken for months and management did little to fix it. Homeless people sleeping inside and packages stolen”

“Unit 3a Pros: - mostly quiet, tree-lined street - mostly functional laundry room with virtual payment (occasional breakdowns) - spacious, pretty units with pre-war details - responsiveness to complaints of disrepair Cons: - packages get stolen from the vestibule easily - occasional mice and roaches (management-provided extermination services worked for roaches, but not for mice - had to bring in my own company for $300) - management has Big Corporation Energy - no flexibility with late payments or lease extensions, etc. - EXPENSIVE: 3k+ for a studio with no dishwasher, washer/dryer, elevator, doorman, etc.”
