“Pros: - super is reasonably responsive and helpful every time - never an issue with management in 2+ years really - pet-friendly - there are some dogs on the bigger side too - great location - close to the park, museums, groceries, restaurants, multiple subway lines - can sometimes hear neighbor through walls although somewhat dampened - washer and dryer in building and they work 90% of the time or more Cons: - walk-up, but par for the course for the neighborhood”
