“Pros: Very close to the subway and parks that has been helpful Cons: There is a bit of a coackroach problem”

“Pros: Very nice area. My apartment gets lots of sun and the building is walking distance to the park, supermarkets, and pharmacy. Cons: NOISE. People have no respect for other's wellbeing. I've nicely asked neighbors about the constant noise and they were rude and aggressive. Advice to landlord: don't favor certain tenants”
