“Pros: Truly wonderful building staff, friendly neighbors, great location Cons: There were some elevator issues but the building did their best to repair quickly. It was incredibly hot in the summer even with AC because the apt was facing east and got a lot of sun.”

“Unit 20G Pros: Absolutely love this building. The doormen are the best! Management is very responsive. Cons: Heating, gym could use updating, roof is always under construction Advice to landlord: update the roof and gym! no amenity fee”

“Pros: The rooftop is amazing, I love the separated areas with their own fire pit. Cons: People are loitering on the benches in front of the building right next to the entrance. Most of them seem to be homeless and are high and/or mentally ill. The smell of marijuana is unbearable. I love the building but I had to move out because my daughters felt unsafe walking around. Very unfortunate. Advice to landlord: The partition to shield the entrance from the people loitering is not doing much. Perhaps petition for the benches to be removed?”

“Pros: Great transportation options Nice big layout Good soundproof (from outside) Great doormen Cons: Thin walls Structured weirdly (you can see other peoples apartment) Very expensive compared to nearby comparable buildings”

“Pros: Rooftop is awesome, the doormen are the nicest guys I've ever met and security is tight. Never felt unsafe or seen any bugs/pests in the entire building. Staff does a great job at keeping everything clean Cons: Only con is a small gym, but it has nice equipment and they maximize the space well.”
