“Pros: Very spacious apts, great response time for maintenance request, doormen are friendly. Cons: They say large dogs are not allowed, but there are several. The other thing is that the heat/and ac are one unit. So when the heat is turned on during the winter there is no way to change the temp unless you turn the unit off or open a window and vice versa in the summer.”

“Pros: Close to work, laundry on the floor, Gym, overall veryyyyy clean and meticulous ! Cons: Elevators sometimes slow but even that isn’t a huge issue!”

“Pros: Very clean, friendly staff and very responsive. Cons: Small gym (but at least we had one!) Advice to landlord: Keep up the great work!”

“Pros: Wonderful and responsive staff, very safe and clean, well cared for. Cons: Some neighbors on our floor were very noisy in the hallways. Advice to landlord: Enforce hallway rules a bit more closely (hallway playing of children and dogs)”

“Pros: Well maintained, nice security personnel, washer & dryer on each floor, huge space, maintenance staff are always on time, best apartment I had in NYC! Cons: A bit on the pricey side, gym needs updating Advice to landlord: Nothing really. They’re doing a great job.”
