“Unit 1D Pros: It’s a small building. You barely see other tenants. Cons: Landlord does not reply on time. If something gets broken in apartment or there is leaking from the ceiling or a hole in the wall. Landlord doesn’t fix until 1 year has passed or 2 but still requires rent in full and on time when little to no work is done by the landlord or superintendent. Advice to landlord: Have better maintenance of building and better communication to tenants.”
