“Pros: This building is centrally located and I feel like it’s easy for me to get anywhere in the city. Neighbors are a nice mix of younger and elderly tenants. Generally a quiet street unless something is going on in the park next door. Cons: Management is has a bipolar response to issues; sometimes it will be a day or two turnaround for a simple issue other times it may take days for them address something more pressing (like the heat not working)”
