“Pros: Good location, you don’t even have to cross the street to get to the subway. Spacious, washer/ dryer in unit. Cons: Loud due to bar downstairs, our ceiling had a leak that took a few weeks to get fixed- rain water came in.”

“Pros: You couldn’t ask for a more responsive landlord. Always got back to me quickly and did their best to make my tenant experience better. The building is only 6 units so it has a nice small feeling and is pretty quiet. Cons: There was some issues with the steam pipes but they are fixed now. Advice to landlord: None”
