“Unit 1D Pros: Good location and big apartments Cons: They do not help you out if you have roaches. They only have an exterminator come once a month in the middle of the day so you have to be home for it and if you’re not you’re roach infested Advice to landlord: Help your tenants out and don’t let them live like this”
