“Pros: - really close to central park - never really heard my neighbors Cons: -constantly had roaches no matter what we did -management SUCKS!!!! - wayyy overpriced for what you get -there’s always people hanging out front of the building smoking or blasting music. Advice to landlord: lower the rent”
