“Unit 1A Pros: Clean, newly renovated, kind neighbors, great location, safe neighborhood and responsive landlord. Having Pacha Cafe directly next door and Rogers Ave deli just across the street are huge plus points. Cons: The super was rude, unpleasant, and no-showed to crucial maintenance appointments twice. The neighborhood also gets VERY loud at night. On top of sirens blaring at all times (there's a fire station AND a hospital nearby) people in the neighboring building tend to gather, play music, or throw bbq parties directly in front of this building especially on holidays. There is also a minor German roach infestation? I see one cockroach every week or so in my unit and I have roach traps everywhere. Last but not least there is barely any closet space in the bedroom and you are likely to need your own dresser.”
