“Unit 3 Pros: Large windows, appliances up to date, good water pressure Cons: Have had mice continuously for the whole 3 years I've lived near, stairs in building have never been repainted, super randomly turns off heat in the middle of winter. Advice to landlord: Hire regular pest control, ensure apartments are adequately heated”
