“Pros: Really affordable, kind neighbors, spacious, plenty of storage, updated Cons: Ceilings and walls are thin. I can hear anytime my neighbors take a shower (pipes make a cracking noise in the wall). Neighbors are very kind but I can hear every single movement from the moment they wake up, making it hard to sleep even with ear plugs Advice to landlord: Be more responsive and do some sound insulation work in the future”
