“Pros: The grounds are AMAZING and they are constantly upgrading something. The security patrol is a great touch. Being right next to the water is also something I love. Cons: Some of the neighbor do not care about where they live. They allow their dog to per in the elevator, the basement walls, etc. Advice to landlord: Please take your tenants request for repairs seriously. It should not take months to resolve an open maintenance ticket.”
