Cons: The super is very hard to get in touch with. No cell phone number is given out so it’s hard to communicated with the husband : wife team. Dealing with ownership is similarly difficult - and cumbersome. Also the door entry intercom device is old and needs to be replaced to a more modern one. Advice to landlord: Invest in a better communication system such as building link or similar.”
