“Pros: Laundry in the building /security. Apartments are decent size. Cons: Roaches. Mold in the windows & bathroom every winter time. Water bugs come to visit in the summer time ...disgusting!!!!. People hanging out in front of the building when the weather is nice. A lot of fights. People blasting loud music...during the night time. No respect. Advice to landlord: The laundry room needs new washing machine”
