“Pros: Next to laundromat Clean Great location Cons: Super can be slow to respond”

“Pros: The location is hard to beat. It's extremely quiet, but always felt safe. Cons: The landlord is the worst landlord I've ever dealt with. Doesn't answer for days on end. Doesn't follow through. Advice to landlord: Just answer your phone.”
