“Pros: Alley with security guards, feels like a little neighborhood. Friendly and quiet neighbors. Outdoor space! Bedroom gets amazing light. Washer dryer, decent amount of storage space Cons: Living room not the best light. Couple roaches here and there but not an infestation, just a first floor apartment. Bathroom small and shower hard to clean.”

“Pros: Well maintained overall and many units are rent-controlled or rent-stabilized Cons: No laundry in the building and only dry cleaners nearby. No roof access despite nice views. Some disgruntled older tenants that expect quiet at all times unless they’re making the noise which is frequent.”

“Pros: Neighborhood is obviously top notch. Quiet building. Neighbors are respectful and super is the best!! Cons: No communal laundry or storage.”
