Jordan the property manager won’t fix the building, a patch here and a patch there but never pays to fix it. The tiles in the hallway and lobby are broken for few years now. Elevator breaks down constantly, roaches and flies, hires cheap exterminator. Jordan is a slumlord, he only cares about money not the tenants who live in the building. Advice to landlord: Fire Jordan ASAP and hire someone who cares about buildings.”
