“Pros: Good bones -- can't hear upstairs neighbors. Really high quality windows Cons: Laundry machines/dryers don't work, fungus gnat infestation in basement that wasn't addressed by management Advice to landlord: listen to your tenants”

“Pros: relatively quiet, pretty clean Cons: we just had a mice family living with us, and no matter how many traps and pods we tried, they kept coming back. Also the shared washer/dryer in the basement was nasty so we ended up walking to laundromats : )”

“Unit 3A Pros: landlord replies, even though if slow. building is generally well kept. Cons: you have to really insist to get your matter resolved. i had a recurring mice infestation and the water tastes metallic. packing stealing is a constant.”

“Unit 3D Pros: Building was maintained well. Office was pretty responsive to requests. Laundry in site. Love the neighborhood. Cons: Fire alarm always went off when cooking. We ended up removing it. The buss stop in front of building was super convenient but made it a little noisy. Advice to landlord: I have none.”
