“Pros: Cost is low and neighborhood is great. Cons: Building hallways are not cleaned often enough. Not enough garbage bins outside, so bags pile up. Repairs are not well done.”

“Pros: Nice area and neighbors, decent apartment, good heat in the winter. Cons: Critters (roaches and mice) coming from massive hole under the sink cabinet that the landlord neglected to fix the entire time we lived there. The stair case was often a little gross and we also had some issues with packages being open /taken. Advice to landlord: Exterminators and a broom! Loved living here overall though”
