“Pros: Lived here for 8 years. Responsive to any maintenance issues. Good water pressure. I never saw pests. Allows pets. Didn’t hear any noise when in my apartment from neighbors Cons: Apartments are small and expensive. They favor bigger apartment tenants. Too many people from the hospital”
