Cons: We had an issue with our heat in the middle of winter. We were left without any heat for over two full weeks and the landlord only jumped into action after we threatened not to pay rent.... Good view from the balcony. Cons: Nothing. This building is amazing. The only thing is that people keep pissing outside the apartment EVERY morning. Like it is insane. every time I leave for work someone is pissing outside the apartment. Advice to landlord: hey thanks for letting me stay.”
