“Pros: Nice finishes - good bathrooms, owner is very responsive. Approval is very hard, but once you get in the owner is good to work with. Cons: Half of the units are rent controlled and unrenovated tenements and half are renovated, combined units, which creates a very interesting dynamic. Trash disposal is awful, there is always rats.”
