“Pros: I love the location and the size of the unit for the price. Management did let me make improvements to the apartment on my own and even reimbursed me for materials. Cons: Management only accepts rent by physical check in the mail. Management is very slow to respond. Super is also slow to respond and work done in my apartment was subpar.”

“Pros: - Amazing location - Nice neighbors - Roof access - monthly pest control Cons: - Very unresponsive super/landlord - Unclear way to even reach landlord - Domestic disputes with some neighbors - Rats always around the front entrance - Needed repairs aren’t dealt with - Packages go missing - Buzzer doesn’t work - Common area is pretty dirty Advice to landlord: Be more involved and more responsive with your tenants issues and necessary repairs.”
