“Unit 2e Pros: a good amount of windows, a laundry mat less than a block away, and good restaurants and bars around the area. Good sized living room and big kitchen. Cons: Mice infestation, not enough closet space in both bedrooms, loud street, the shower was not easy to keep clean because it was poorly ventilated and moldy. No A/C, unsafe exposed outlet in living room, landlord wouldn't fix anything in the apartment. way too overpriced for the quality. Advice to landlord: fix the rat infestation and respond to work requests”

“Pros: Landlord is responsive and caring, pest control is good, only one neighbor, very bright and sunny, nice area, close to train, loved living here Cons: very loud outside from Thursday-Sunday due to club across the street and restaurant downstairs (I was able to sleep fine but others have complained), garbage management isn’t great, continuous leaking from roof into second bedroom and bathroom - landlord has been working on this for months, now it’s only leaking when it rains into the shower, mail system downstairs is messy Advice to landlord: Responsiveness around leaking”
