“Unit 1 Pros: Great up and coming neighborhood. Cons: Getting any repairs done. No matter how simple is like pulling teeth. They will consistently lie to you about repair timelines and when the repairs are completely they will be half measures. All upkeep responsibility will be unloaded onto the tenants Advice to landlord: Please start to care about the property that you own.”
