“Unit 7 Pros: Well maintained, friendly landlord and super, minimal bugs, no rodents Cons: Heat can be a bit extreme, as with any radiator building Advice to landlord: None!”

“Pros: Reasonable rent, nothing much. Cons: MICE, MICE, MICE!!! Plus, the heat works half of the time so bring your own portable heater. Advice to landlord: Please CLEAN the building. There’s too much mice!! This is unacceptable and unhealthy. Also, it’s time to replace your grumpy super.”
