“Pros: Clean. New. Good views. Cons: Incompetent management. They’ll blame staff, lie, and give excuses if it means they do not have to do anything or make a record of anything. They upgraded technology and have months of issues with it. They don’t provide you a physical metal key, which is illegal, and charge you $50 for additional “key” cards. Go somewhere else the price is already above market. Advice to landlord: Fire senior management. Apologize to staff.”

LIC is definitely a dog friendly neighborhood. Cons: Parking issues. Would be nice to have better street parking. The building doesn’t have parking but there are parking lots in the area. The rents here are way too expensive. I was lucky to find an affordable rent stabilized unit. Advice to landlord: Work on the heating issue. My apt is too hot during the winter thermostat has a hard time regulating heat.”
